The piece of advice that I give to students enrolling in this course next semester is, do not assume that you know everything. Yes, some of this information was review for me, but I was surprised when most of the subject matter was material that I had never learned before; which made the class better. It also made the class much more interesting.
I know this advice is more individual, but it will apply to some people.
